Objectives

The objectives of the society shall be

1. To procures, own and manage land and properties for the purpose of attaining its goals and purpose.
2. To empower its members to secure long term title deed for their residential properties
3. To empower its members to construct houses and improve the quality of their life
4. To invest in sustainable modern commercial buildings
5. To sensitize members to be engaged in financial saving effort for their development
6. To help members to secure buildings materials and consultancy services related to the construction of their houses
7. To manage the properties of the society including plots and houses under construction and to prepare regulation ascertaining to safe custody for such properties
8. To procure and own lands, estates and plots for construction of member’s houses for shelter and society buildings for commercial purposes.
9. To do anything possible for the social and economic growth of its members and the community
10. To manage ana environmentally friendly settlement for the society and its members
11. To do whatever it takes to develop social- economic growth for the society and its members
